Darling Donkey Z Fold Card

I love this Darling Donkeys stamp set. Purchase $50.00 in any Stampin Up product to earn the set for free during Saleabration through Feb 28, 2021! The expression on the donkey's faces are just adorable!

SUPPLIES:
  • Darling Donkeys sab set 155264
  • Stitched Shape framelits 145372
  • Distressed Dots background stamp
  • Rich Razzleberry cs
I colored the donkeys with a combo of Copic markers and Stampin Blendabilities.
The stitched rectangles on the front are from thestampsoflife.com. The black background paper is an old pad of patterned paper and I don't know the brand.

For the Z Fold, score your main cardbase at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4".
Cut the white background panels at 4" x 5 1/4", and two at 1 7/8" x 5 1/4".
Cut the patterened paper (in this case black floral) at 4" x 3" and two at 1 7/8" x 3". Cut the embossed strips that lay over the patterened paper at 4" x 1 1/4" and two at 1 7/8" x 1 1/4".

For the two donkeys on the inside panel I used the squares from Stitched Framlits.
For the front panel donkey I used rectangle dies from Stamps of Life.

Custom Color Your Paper

Have you ever wished you had a specific color of cardstock to match your project, but didn't have just the right color? Well today I wanted Flirty Flamingo cardstock, and did not have any...so I decided to make my own.

Using the blending brushes (I don't have the SU brand yet), I applied flirty flamingo on white cardstock; then embossed with the wrapped in texture EF. I was pretty happy with the result.

I also die cut 4 of the tags and glued together so they appeared more dimensional.

Hydrangea Slimline Card & Envelope

Super easy CAS slimline card featuring the hydrangea flower image from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set. I love the shape of the slimline card, and making your own matching envelope couldn't be easier!

I used the small floral background shadow to randomly stamp and create the color on the hydrangea using Flirty Flamingo and Rich Razzleberry.

Here are the measurements:

Slimline Card:

Card front 3 ⅜" x 8 ⅜"

Slimline envelope:

Score at 2 ½” & 6 ½”

Flip cardstock and score at 1 ½” & 10 ½”

Cut out tabs on all four corners, then fold and glue.
