Same Goose But Darker

SUPPLIES:
  • Ink: Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze, Baked Brown Sugar
  • Stamps: Wetlands, Express Yourself
  • Cardstock: Early Espresso, Crumb Cake, Whisper White
  • Accessories: Lacy Brocade and Beautifully Baroque EFs, Oval and Scallop Oval punches, Sponges, Clear EP, Heat Gun, Decorative brads, Crumb Cake Ribbon
This is the same technique as the first goose card I posted, but I made the sponging darker and added the Lacy Brocade folder with the same sponging techniques for the mats behind the goose and oval.

Card is Early Espresso. Inked a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock using sponge with Baked Brown Sugar; inked EF with Crushed Curry and embossed; added more Baked Brown Sugar, Early Espresso and Cajun Craze with sponges to get desired effect.

Stamped goose on Whisper White in Early Espresso; colored with versamark pen and heat embossed with Clear EP. Stamped woodgrain background in Early Espresso; sponged on Baked Brown Sugar, Early Espresso, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze.

CAS Dot Dot Dot

It has been a long stretch since I've posted anything! The good news is that sale-a-bration is going on so place your order and get your free stuff (:

This CAS card was for a card class I taught at the Hayden library. Super simple and easy, but a fun contrast with the pink dots and black embossed background.

SUPPLIES:

top note die, lacy brocade EF, BLOOMING WITH KINDNESS set, DISTRESSED DOTS background, TEENY TINY WISHES set, primrose petals ribbon.

Holiday Ornament

To make this card, I cut the zig zag strips using finishing touches edgelits, adhered them to white cardstock, then diecut with holiday ornaments framelits. Added dimension to background panels with the square lattice EF, and the lacy brocade EF. The lacy trim is also from the finishing touches edgelits. Not sure of the name of the DSP; merry christmas sentiment is from petite pairs.
