Tie Dye Artichokes

I love the homegrown veggies in the summer - so here goes another artichoke card! I first stamped the artichoke on whisper white and then colored with markers and blender pen. I followed with sponging in a circular pattern with the various colors to give the tie dye effect; then I embossed the entire image with vintage wallpaper EF. Added DSP papers on the corner, modern label punch with itty bitty shapes, and itty bitty banners as accents. Matted with baja breeze and perfect plumb.

SUPPLIES:
  • paper: certainly celerly, baja breeze, perfect plumb, whisper white
  • stamps: homegrown, itty bitty banners
  • ink: elegant eggplant, certainly celery, baja breeze, marina mist, rich razzleberry, lucky limeade
  • misc: sponge daubers, blender pens, markers, vintage wallpaper ef, modern labe punch, itty bitty circle punch, bitty banners framelits, pearl rhinestones
